FAQ's
How are your leads generated?
Our leads originate from a number of different FSA Compliant sources that include referrals from solicitors, estate agents, other mortgage companies, internet, press and many more. We do not however, send out unsolicited emails or use 'lifestyle' questionnaires as a means of generating enquiries.

Are Your Leads Fresh?
Every enquiry is contacted by our telephone officers as soon as it is feasibly possible, usually within a matter of minutes, or at the time requested by the applicant, relevant information is gathered (including soft facts), quality checked, validated and qualified before being forwarded on to you on an exclusive basis.

How do I receive my leads?
Leads will be e-mailed to you; however we can fax enquiries also. The client will be made aware of the company that will be contacting them and naturally they will be expecting your call.

Do you charge VAT?
Having operated as a mortgage company ourselves, we are all too aware that financial services companies are unable to reclaim VAT, for this reason there is no VAT charged on our leads.


How Many Leads can you supply?
This will depend, very much on your individual requirements, as or focus is on quality, but we will certainly look at increasing volumes if required.

What is your replacement policy?
Ever effort goes into checking each and every enquiry before it is forwarded on to the Broker/ Mortgage Company, and 'timewasters' are generally identified and shelved but in the very unlikely event that a lead does not meet the set criteria, it will be replaced. Our aim is to create a long term, mutually profitable relationship with our business partners.

Do you have any tips to help increase my conversion rate?
We as a company have already helped you to enhance your chances of conversion, through contacting the client ASAP, gathering information, building a rapport and then seamless transfer of the enquiry over to you, it is however very important that the good work we have done is not undone by poor customer service standards when the lead is passed on. It is imperative that all clients should be contacted at the time they have requested contact.

Why are your conversion rates likely to be better than other lead marketing companies?
To give you and example Industry Statistics show that of all mortgage related enquires generated 33% are re-mortgage leads and only 4% fit into the sub-prime re-mortgage leads category, and self-cert leads are around 5% of all leads generated.
We as a company are committed to providing our mortgage broker/companies, only the serious enquiries out of that 4% or 5% are forwarded on as a suitable lead.
We have then increased the likelihood of that lead being converted by, firstly contacting it immediately and then showing interest in the client by gathering information on our Mini Fact finds, building a rapport, gather all relevant soft facts and then presenting your company and its services to the client in a positive manner. So if you have excellent service standard then the majority of our leads should convert into profit. To further assist you on making the most of these leads and create a positive long term relationship, your dedicated Service Manager will work closely with you and your team providing both support and training if necessary.

Do you offer any other types of leads?
If you cannot see the type of lead you require, please contact us as we are able to supply most type of financial leads.
