How We Operate
Each and every enquiry that comes in is contacted immediately (we do not send unsolicited emails or use lifestyle questionnaires as a means of generating enquiries).
We retained our very experienced in-house mortgage/telephone officers, their role is to speak with each and every enquiry, and complete a mini fact find and in general qualify the lead, they also confirm that the applicant is actually interested in conducting some business (rather than just 'shopping around'), whilst building a rapport with the client during the conversation.
During this process any soft facts are also noted (e.g. applicant just got back from a holiday, any interests/hobbies they may have, any television program they are currently into, their children, recent illness, etc. etc.
